I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.

Due to Covid-19, the USPS have been dealing with high volume of packages which have caused delays for deliveries. If tracking numbers show that your package has been delivered and you actually haven't received it, you should contact USPS or you may also give it a couple more days for them to actually deliver your package.

 

MY PACKAGE IS LOST. WHAT CAN I DO?

As soon as packages are dropped off at Post Office, VELVET ANGEL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Same goes to deliveries made to wrong addresses. Please contact your local Post Office for further questions/concerns regarding your package and make sure you provide them with your tracking number.

 

CAN I GET A REFUND?

According to store policy, we do not provide refunds. However, we may consider an exchange or replacement on defective items.
